How to start a return

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at Support@Kinetica.co and we'll make it right, fast.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, your refund is issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still haven't seen your refund, email us at Support@Kinetica.co and we'll chase it down for you.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. Unopened items should be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
