Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on All Orders
Every Kinetica order ships free, anywhere in the United States. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on your location and the carrier. Expedited options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our facility, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, reach out to us at Support@Kinetica.co and we'll look into it right away.

International Shipping
At this time we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping is available to your region, any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control. If your order seems significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Wrong or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@Kinetica.co with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right, fast.
